Retail
In this market,Fi-JiStem ginger finds its way
to the consumer in jars containing ginger in syrup and as prepacked crystallised
ginger. It is distributed mainly via nut and tropical fruit wholesalers
to specialist cheese shops, delicatessens, nut shops and nut market stalls.
The jars are filled with:

This market also supplies crystallised ginger in small boxes, on small trays and in block bags. Consumers savour it as a healthy snack.
Fi-Ji stem ginger is also available in 6-pack trays from the restaurant/catering wholesaler, i.e. as 6 x 240 gms, 6 x 450 gms and 6 x 300 ml). The wholesaler can also supply crystallised ginger in 1 kilo bags and in 400 gm boxes.
Food Service
The restaurant/catering business is large-scale consumer of ginger and
ginger syrup. It knows like no other how ginger can give a dish a fuller
flavour and, if used in the right quantities, how it can make even those
who aren’t keen on it, enjoy ginger-spiced dishes. Sole Picasso and
ginger with thick, whipped cream as a dessert, for example, are truly classic

Crystallised ginger is available to the Food Service in 500 gm or 1 kg bags and 400 gm boxes. Crystallised ginger is a beautiful product to serve with coffee and as an after dinner treat. After all, ginger is good for your digestion.

Ginger is an extremely versatile ingredient. It combines well with virtually
all types of products, such as dairy products, fish, meat, pastries,
